Steps to your completed project
After an initial phone call or message, we will establish what you want and schedule an on-site visit and take measurements.


In a few days we can deliver a first quote. Sometimes materials or deadlines may be changed by the client or unforeseen circumstances may arise.
Some works will require Council approvals. We will advise you on the best course of action.


If everything is in agreement, the client can accept the proposal by email, message or call and we will begin the design stage, price adjustment and time estimate.
The client will make progressive payments as set out in our proposal. Any additional works or variations will be agreed prior to work commencing.


During the work, in addition to qualified personnel working, a person responsible for the work will be constantly inspecting the service and in contact with the client to inform all stages of the work.
After the inspection by the person responsible for the work, the client is informed about the completion and will be invoiced for the last payment and invited to confirm whether everything is correct or which details still require attention.
